• Negotiate and prepare the Offer to Purchase and the Purchase and Sale Agreement to protect buyer interests
• Explain and advise on the mortgage process to assist clients in making informed choices for the financing of the home
• Work with sellers to solve any title, zoning or tax issues which may arise to ensure that the buyer’s interests in the property are protected in the long term
• Assist in the coordination of the closing with the seller’s side and provide legal representation. Review all closing documents and explain their meaning and significance to the buyer.

• Review real estate broker agreements
• Negotiate and prepare the Purchase and Sale Agreement
• Resolve issues regarding title zoning or taxes, which may arise during the pendency of the sale
• Prepare the deed and other relevant documents for transfer from the seller to the buyer

Lender Services

• Provide rapid title work to ensure problems are identified and solved in a manner that prevents closing delays
• Work closely with lenders processers, brokers and underwriters to ensure information is received and transmitted in a timely manner
• Provide flexible closing services in various locations such as work and home
