Prior to establishing the Law Offices of Charles Clapp, Mr. Clapp was Senior Associate at the Law Offices of Crowley and Cummings, LLC in Dedham, Massachusetts. Mr. Clapp headed the firm’s title department, working to resolve complex title issues relating to all aspects of real estate transactions. He also worked with clients in the preparation and negotiation of Purchase and Sale Agreements, as well as commercial leases. Mr. Clapp led the firm’s commercial real estate department. Additionally Mr. Clapp worked with small business clients to establish all aspects of their companies including but not limited to: corporation formation, intellectual property protection and contract review. Mr. Clapp was also an Associate at the law firm of Reynolds and Werman, LLC, where he managed the firm’s operations in all of eastern Massachusetts. While at Reynolds and Werman, Mr. Clapp worked closely with both individual and institutional clients in all facets of the mortgage lending process.

Mr. Clapp is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts. Mr. Clapp graduated Cum Laude from Dickinson College and received his law degree from the Tulane University School of Law.
